According to the LGBTQIA+ Wiki on Miraheze and specifically their article on Gyneromantic, Gyneromantic has many possible definitions.
In this case, the definition for Gyneromanticflux is when one's romantic attraction to women and/or individuals who present femininely, regardless of gender, fluctates in intensity. What defines a woman or an individual who presents femininely is up to the individual who uses the label.
I try to make my coined terms as open as possible, and I apologise if there are any mistakes in this.
