The talk about foot soldiers reminds me of the one minion group that actually disturbs me.  That would be the Hidler Soldiers from Dengeki Sentai Changeman. There is just something about these blue-skinned, blonde bewigged nightmares that gets to me. Maybe it’s their withered faces with the eyeless voids that looks like skin stretched over a skull. Or maybe it’s their snake-like tongues.  I have no idea, these things are freaky!

That’s not to say they are the only aspect of the Great Star League Gozma that’s creepy.  Just look at Gyodai, the monster who uses the beam from the single eye in the middle of his mouth to make the monster of the week grow:

That thing has nightmarish proportions and just looks like a skinless abomination.
