Sometimes I wonder if I need a change. Maybe I should cut my hair or something. I could pull off a pixie cut, I think?

A Night Out|| Jo/Open
It was the sort of night any bar owner would be thanking their luck stars for; especially someone who had just recently opened. Tables were crowded, noise filled the air and liquor bottles were quickly emptied. It may have been late, but the crowd clearly had no intent in leaving anytime soon. Jo wasn't bothered by that in the least.
Although the Roadhouse wasn't doing poorly, Jo hadn't expected to have as many customers in as she did. Having only two waitresses on, and no one else being able to come in, the bar was short staffed. Jo found herself doing everything she could to keep the customers happy, spending the whole night weaving through tables to take orders and serve.
With every crowd their always seemed to be someone who couldn't handle their alcohol. Breaking up fights had never bother Joanna before, and neither had handsy customers; it was always something she liked to joke with the other staff about, and laugh off. Tonight happened to be an exception.
The two men were both new to the Roadhouse, and Jo had been putting up with flirtatious comments and hands on her hips and lower back all night. Being called babe and sweetheart, as well as pushing grabby fingers away hadn't phased her; and turning down the offers to spend the night with one of the men at the table hadn't bothered her in least. Working in a bar for so long, she was used to it. When the two stood up and began to scrap, Jo found herself running from behind the bar to hopefully avoid an incident.
Quickly chairs were thrown out of the way and people scrambled to get out of the way of the pair. A circle formed around them as fists started to fly. Jo tried desperately to get in the middle of the pair, hoping to break the fight up. She ducked and squirmed and pulled; trying to pull either one far enough back to get in the middle. That was when one fist flew too far right, connecting with her nose.
Blood started to pour and she staggered back, her eyes watering. Instantly Jo was pissed. She started to stand taller, getting ready to do something about the fight; though she wasn't sure what. When her vision finally cleared, she found herself staring at someone else's back. It was about time someone else stepped in.
Donut Day || OPEN
-Some guy tried to shove a donut in my arms this morning. First of all, I'm not taking food from a stranger, second of all.. I don't even like them that much.
Why does donuts have a holiday anyway?
"… and even if they try, they’ll never take my body from your side
LOVE DON’T DIE”
"What have you been up to lately?"
..Going back to bed actually sounds nice for a change.
Does anyone have the slightest clue as to what they are doing?
This town has become increasingly dull. I should fix that.
