How DBZ Characters Smell

(Mod K)

Goku

Spending lots of time in the great outdoors and martial arts training often leaves Goku with a combined smell of sweat and pine trees before bathing.  Goku probably uses a homemade soap so the sweat smell would wash away and he’d still have that lingering pine smell.

Gohan

Gohan as a kid spent a lot of time primped by his mom and studying so he probably had that soft homemade soap smell.  As an adult, Gohan spent more time studying or working in a lab so he would have a machine or chemical smell before bathing and with Videl having money, he’d use a high end body wash so after he bathed he’d probably smell like Eau D’italie.

Bardock

Being that Bardock is often in battle or training, he’d have that gym smell of sweat and leather before bathing.  Bardock wouldn't care too much about the cleansing products he uses so after bathing he’d smell like whatever body wash was on sale.

Raditz

Since Raditz is in battle more often than out of battle, he’d smell like blood and sweat.  Raditz wouldn’t place a high priority on the body wash he used and would just grab whatever was available, so he’d probably have a different scent each time he bathed.

Vegeta

Considering all Vegeta does is train, he would smell like sweat more than anything else.  Since Bulma has a good company and is a pretty picky about her appearance as well as Vegeta’s so unless she was pulling a prank on him, he’d be using something like Herbal Essences body wash and smell very clean after bathing.

Trunks

Being an inventor like his mother, Future Trunks would smell like motor oil and with the future being in such a state of chaos, he’d probably use a generic brand of soap and still have the faint scent of motor oil after bathing.  Kid Trunks spends a lot of time playing and running around so he’d smell like grass before bathing and Johnson & Johnson’s kid’s body wash after bathing.  As an adult, Trunks spends most of his time in the office so he’d smell like Giorgio Armani.

Kuririn

Kuririn doesn’t spend as much time doing training as the other Z fighters and he does try to impress people around him so he’d smell like whatever the popular cologne is or whatever 18 wants him to put on.

Piccolo

Spending time outdoors leaves him smelling like the various regions he spends his time in.  Piccolo wouldn’t put much stock into soap, so his bathing habits would mostly be standing under a waterfall and leaving him smelling like nature.

Yamcha

As a sports star and a fighter, he often works out and ends up smelling like sweat before bathing.  For body wash he’d use Axe so that he’d smell great after bathing.

With his love for the outdoors, he’d be spending a lot of time outside and smell like pine trees.  16’s body wash would be something natural and homemade so he’d always smell like trees and flowers.

Being a teenager at heart, 17 does what he wants and racing might just be his thing.  He’d end up smelling like motor oil and he would probably use a popular body was like Axe.

Captain Gyunyu

With all of his training and dance routines to practice, Captain Gyunyu would smell like sweat more often than not.  As a the glorious captain of Freeza’s special forces, such body odors are unacceptable and he’d use a high end body wash and wear Channel.

Chizu

Since Chizu trains hard and helps with the Gyunyu Force’s dance routines, he’d smell like sweat a lot.  Following his captain’s example, Chizu would use an expensive body wash and wear Channel.
