Has your muse gone through any sort of childhood trauma? How does it affect your muse now?

While Hara can't say that the events from childhood directly affect her now, it did affect her quite a bit during her childhood itself, as well as the beginning stages of being a trainee and the first few months of being in KARA. Living in moderate poverty in Gwangju and with her parents divorced, Hara was constantly bullied and teased by other children, leading to a lowered self confidence and during her childhood to trainee days, she was more withdrawn and kept mostly to herself. It was only during her trainee days when she began to open up slightly, living in close quarters with others her age with the same dreams and aspirations, and force herself out of her comfort zone to put up a cheerful facade. Over the past 6 years she's been active as an idol, that facade has molded and merged with her own personality, and it's now with ease that she steps out onto the stage to meet her fans with a bold, genuine smile and an equally charismatic complexion.

Hair, Eyes, Nose, Heart, Fingers

Hair: What hair color looks best on you and what's your natural color?

She purses her lips in thought-- it really depended on what kind of style she was going for; sexy? Cute? Elegant? Unsure of how to answer the question, she decided to go with what she thought fit best with all concepts. "Ah ... my natural color's black, of course, but, mm ... in general, I think the red or dark brown suited me well."

Eyes: What is your favorite show to watch?

A faint smile tugged slightly at her lips-- there were shows she'd never admit to having a guilty pleasure for but she answered to the best of her ability, careful not to give away too much. "Tune in to MBC Music every Tuesday at 6pm for KARA Project!"

Nose: What is your favorite perfume/candle fragrance?

As someone who wasn't too concerned with fragrances and all (as long as she didn't smell of body odor or sweat, she was fine), Hara didn't really bother with keeping up with the newest scents and perfume lines lines, but she did enjoy keeping a few candles around the house and lighting them every now and then. "Mm? Probably scents like rosewater and green apple ... that kind of stuff. I'm not picky, as long as it's not overwhelming to the point where I feel like I'm going to sneeze."

Heart: Are you in love? If so, does the one you love know?

A warm hue painted itself across her cheeks as the question came up, a hand rising to sift her fingers gently through her dark locks as she struggled put her thoughts into words, opting to speak truthfully anyways. Her voice is low and murmured, as if it were taboo to speak of such a topic-- and in a way, it was, but this was, after all, not a public interview, so she spoke freely. "I am not only in love, I am constantly falling in love. If he doesn't know of this fact after seven and a half months, ah-- he must be a fool." She chuckled faintly to herself, eyes lowering to her lap and choosing not to disclose any more information on her relationship status. 

Fingers: Do you play an instrument?

"I kind of wish I did-- I played the drums for one concert and I know a bit of piano, but I don't really specialize in any instrument, no."

Goo Hara’s guilty pleasure in terms of eating — ta-dah, meat (specifically beef) and rice. Occasionally she’ll toss herself on an all vegetable diet to lose weight, but besides that, Hara eats normally and as much as she wants — no matter how much she consumes, she never seems to gain a substantial amount of weight and even if she does gain weight,

Hara worries about everything, but as of late, she's been worrying most about the future of Kara, as two of the members have departed and left things in a mess. She worries about how the two new members to join will affect the image of the group, she worries about the reaction of the Kamilias and whether or not they'll accept these changes, she worries whether or not she herself will be able to accept these two members into her already tight-bond with the two remaining members of Kara.

Hara likes all kinds of animals in general, as when she was young, her father prohibited her from raising them, but when she moved out to the Kara dorms, she acquired two pet dogs (Pangi [a Bichon Frise, now at Gwangju with her grandmother] and Puri/Nubi [? not enough information about these two]). Besides the two pups, she also has a Scottish Fold named Pico, originally a present to her ex-boyfriend (as the public knows it) who lives with her and is often displayed all over her Instagram.

☂: Weather the character enjoys

This depends heavily on her mood; her preferences fluctuate according to whether she's in a good mood or not, and also on the quality of sleep she got the night beforehand. If she wakes up in a good mood and had a good night's sleep, she'll be looking forward to a sunny day with a light breeze; good mood but bad night's sleep will have her wanting a day with clouds, the sun peeking out from behind a few wisps of clouds once in a while. Bad mood, regardless of quality of sleep, is best accompanied by a torrential downpour, loud enough to drown out the static filling her mind.

She's terrible. Thank god for cheap phone plans with unlimited data and smart phones, because without it, Hara would most likely just stay at home all day or wait for someone to take her around to places.

She loves spring and the beginning and end of summer, but when she starts seeing heat waves rising from the cement on the streets or having to step outside in anything more than a cardigan or a hoodie, she'd really rather stay inside with the artificial heating or cooling system.

Hara stresses health above everything else, so she’s not the type to stay up until the early hours of the morning. She’ll usually tuck herself into bed (or be tucked into bed) at around midnight, and wake at approximately 8AM.

Hara has stated in the idol world, her closest friend is Jessica from SNSD. However, she is also friends with Beast’s Doojoon, Brown Eyed Girls’ Narsha, Big Bang’s Seungri, 2NE1’s Minzy, Lee Hyori, 2PM’s Wooyoung, 4minute’s Hyuna, and a smattering of other idols.

She's pretty easy to please and cheer up, so most of the time, as long as you're able to make her laugh or remind her of her worth, she'll stay happy. She's the type to get unhappy quickly over little things but at the same time, she'll also try to force a smile back onto her face regardless -- she lives by the philosophy of 'smile through it'.

¥: How the character handles money or spends it

On more than one occasion, Hara has been praised for her spending habits — she doesn’t spend money unless necessary. Her rituals of collecting all the receipts from her purchases has been brought up more than once by her members and she’s the kind who would rather spend on friends and family, rather than on lavish luxuries for herself.

♥: Character’s preference for relationships (sexuality, type of person, etc.)

Hara likes men who do the best in their work, and people with interesting characters. That’s not to say she wouldn’t date anyone who doesn’t match her ‘ideal’, but she would prefer to date someone who at least, wasn’t too predictable so she wouldn’t feel like the relationship is going stale.
