I can't understand why so many people skip breakfast. if I could I would eat breakfast every meal if the day!
does anybody know how to calculate body fat percentage accurately?
advice please! I have this icecream that I love and it's 98% fat free, is it okay to eat? when I have it I don't go over my calorie goal so it should be fine right?

if anyone is thinking of starting counting calories. don't. please. just eat healthy foods until you are full. let your body count how much food you need. not myfitnesspal.
