Make sure you get enough vitamin C and Zinc.

If you are not anemic then reduce iron (virus needs it to replicate)

Reduce sugar it depresses immune system or good guys

L-Lysine is natural antiviral (do not take arginine or nuts when sick this counter acts Lysine).

Elderberry is anti-viral

Oregano oil is anti-viral, anti-biotic, anti-parasitic

Drink chicken broth, water and get lots of rest
