Was wondering why a lot of videos on discord lately have not been loading for me. Turns out H265/HEVC is popular enough now that people just upload videos using it online. And Firefox on Windows cannot just play them out of the box.

Turns out you can just install some codecs and it will work. You can also install a codec for webp images so they show up properly in the explorer while you're at it.
