Why do all of those things about psychology around technology and habits just never apply to me?
"It takes only 4 weeks to form a habit"
"Being on your phone before bed keeps you awake longer"
"You shouldn't mix homelife and worklife"
"Don't do homework/work in your bed it forms associations"
"Caffine makes you wired"
Like...no? I have never expereinced any of that. Habit's don't form easily. I am asleep 20 mintues after putting my phone down and head on my pillow at night. How am I not supposed to work at home and not bring my homelife outside of the house? I do work on my bed because it's comfy but a bed is still a bed doesn't matter what I do on it. And caffine makes me yawn like crazy so...
