woojin + flo, fireman + nurse au!!

flo has seen woojin in the er multiple times (either for himself or someone in his squad) before she even talks to him. to the point where the older nurses talk about him and tell her to ask him out bc one of them has to and she’s the youngest/single one but she just blushes and says she needs to go check on patients

so the first time she actually does get assigned to him, it’s honestly just something small that she can easily treat for him. but he’s kind of grouchy because he’s obviously in pain and they’d been fighting this fire for the whole day so she gives him a sticker and a lollipop like he’s a little kid

she’s put in charge of one of his closest buddies in the squad when he comes in and he totally grills her, tells her that she better take good care of him or she’d have to deal with him later. he’s a little over intimidating about it (he’s scared) but she’s not afraid of him at all, she just pats his arm and says she promises she will. 

one day woojin gets brought in badly injured and she freaks out in front of everyone. makes a huge deal to the doctors and nurses, she even starts crying. he’s unconscious so he doesn’t know it happened and she never tells him, but later he finds out from one of the other nurses anyway.

when he wakes up out of surgery still high from anesthetic, flo checks up on him and he tells her that she looks like an angel and that he thinks he could fall in love with her. she doesn’t really know what to say to that or if she should take it seriously. but eventually when he’s fully recovered she decides to ask him if he plans on asking her out any time soon.
