Support a meat-free athlete!

There are only 17 days left until Ian's Spartan Beast 12 Mile Challenge. For those of you who don't know, this tattooed beauty is Ian. He recently stopped eating meat and has been telling everyone who will listen about how he has really felt the benefits while training at MMA! He also switched from whey protein shakes to soy protein shakes, so it looks like a move to veganism could be on the cards...

Ian is running the Spartan Beast 12 Mile Challenge to raise money for my charity Hadamayaa. For those of you who don't know know what the challenge looks like, check out this video on YouTube.
