Reposted from @hungrygirlintoronto (@get_regrann) - Busy weekdays means I end up doing what I do best... marinate some stuff, pop them in the oven and then squeeze some lemon on it and then dig in! Yep.. lazy cooking to the rescue as always.. These Fish Tikka using the locally sourced haddock fillets from @papaearthbox were the absolute bomb! Marinate the cubed fish fillets with minced garlic, minced green chillies, ground cumin powder, coriander powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder or smoked paprika , tandoori masala, splash of lemon juice, a little Greek yoghurt, splash of olive oil and salt. Keep them aside for 30 minutes or more. Pop them in a preheated oven at 375K for 8-10 mins turning the pieces halfway. Then switch on the broil option for 1-2 minutes to get the gorgeous char on the fish and switch off the oven . Sprinkle these babies with a little chaat masala, squeeze of lemon juice, chopped coriander leaves and serve them with crunchy red onions .. Get cooking my lovelies and have a great day ahead ❤️❤️❤️ . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . #fishtikka #fishkebab #haddock #haddockfish #indianspices #indiancuisine #indiancooking #indianfood #hungrygirlintoronto #desikhana #gharkakhana #ontarioproduce #eatlocal #ontariofish #papaearthbox #tandoorifish #cookingfromscratch #foodwithlove #foodphotography #iphonefood #whatscooking #kebabs #fbcigers #torontofoodie #torontoigers #healthyrecipes #healthyfoodrecipes #healthfoodshare #eeeeeats #eatwellbewell @foodietribe @foodcrazer @huffpostcaliving @huffpostcanada @huffposttaste @canadianliving @eatfitfuel @cookinglight @thekitchn @bonappetitmag @healthy_ish @healthyfoodadvice @healthycuisines @forkfeed @foodyatra @food52 @foodmaniacindia @thegreatindianfoodie https://www.instagram.com/p/B20N0V9FnV-/?igshid=1ivj6n96ko7e9
