This jammer in particular is one of the pinnacles of the sub-strain. He’s a Fool, alright, but not a Fool for some poolroom floozy... he’s a Fool for the Creator on High and wants to sing about his newly found absolution. Great find at Half Price Books in Tyler, TX. Hadley Hockensmith for Meadowlark Records in 1985. The label, which had a catalog similar to Windham Hill, released a number of records from 1985-1988, then only about four until 1991 or 1992, when it shut down.
