@hadriianus ❤’d for a starter!
【ϟ】 “—You’re giving me another one of these things again?” If he was going to be stuck here waiting for Aster to finish up business for the day, then he definitely wasn’t complaining about free food—but where these bread roll things really the only thing the people in this city ate? “C’mon! Where’s your real food? Like steak and deep fried shrimp!”
please look at all of the beautiful izzy doodles my friend @hadriianus drew for me!!! (do not reblog or repost. :U)
Marinette had been known to be distracted, and clumsy, but today she had really messed up. There was no way to shrug this off and get over it, because she could have hurt someone she cared about. She could have lost everything.
Sabine had told her to get the cupcakes out of the oven right at 11:30, which was a simple enough task, except for the fact that it was Saturday and it was her day off. She'd barely even heard when her mother asked her, and she certainly didn't remember ten minutes later what she was supposed to do.
Marinette had an obligation to protect the city, but she often times forgot that she had more than one job. When she got the notification from the ladyblog she transformed and left the house without a second thought about what was in the oven. She arrived on the scene and got the cat out of the tree with no problems. She was Ladybug, after all, and she could do anything.. or, almost anything at least.
It was such a quick job, she thought she could stay and answer a few questions for once, until she saw the firetruck whirring past her. Some might say she didn't know when to quit, but it was her job to save the world, after all. She immediately began following behind the truck without a goodbye to the onlookers currently in her presence, jumping from roof to roof to keep up. She didn't think anything of it until it started getting closer and closer to the bakery. Two miles away, one mile away, and then on the very street; Marinette could feel the knot in her stomach growing until her biggest fear was confirmed.
It wasn't so bad. At least, nothing was too badly damaged except for the oven itself, but that wasn't the point. The point was that they could have lost everything, or even worse, somebody could have gotten hurt and it was all her fault. She had never really felt so disappointed in herself before, and she definitely didn't deserve to be called a hero.
She took off her miraculous and tucked them safely in the pocket of her pink pants. She had every intention of putting them back on later, but not now. Not when she had done something so reckless, and the longer she sat and stared at the firemen coming in and out of the bakery the more disappointed she became. No. Not just disappointed, she was angry with herself. She should have known better than this, she wasn't eight years old.
The familiar pink outline around her face would have been a tale tale sign that something was off. She would have known something bad was happening and stopped it, except this time it was happening to her. She heard a semi familiar voice in her head, telling her she was no longer Marinette. Her knew name was Anisostica, and she was no longer a superhero, she was the opposite. This time she was the akuma.

She had to be perfectly timed. If Chloe caught on that Alya was waiting for her to leave, she never would. As the blonde rounded the corner though, Alya made her move, gently tapping Adrien on the shoulder.
She could admit that she was more than a little nosy. But in this case it was justified. He always looked so uncomfortable around her. Maybe it was the way she invaded his personal space. But, in an effort to make this conversation seem a bit more lighthearted, Alya chuckled, crossing her arms and shaking her head at the now empty hallway.
“Are you sure that girl was your childhood friend? You’d think she’d know when to quit.”
A customer~
@hadriianus
Reiko had just opened the cafe for the day than disappeared into the back to gather a few things when she heard the bell ring when the dront door was opened as her first customer of the day came in.
“Hi! Welcome to Eve’s Garden. “The ebony haired woman said with a bright smile coming out from the back to greet him. “ Feel free to sit where you like, you’re my first customer today.” She reached to pick up a menu to bring to him once he was seated.
"Are you sure you're the cat kwami? because i don't see it."
“And what kind of question is that?” he countered as he gazed at his chosen. “Would you rather walk around with a ten pound cat instead? Because if you rather have that then be my guest.”
