Dare I say Ponyboy being insecure about his looks in college
It's been a year since Windrixville, and he's still skin and bones. And he's on his college's track team, so whatever weight he gains seems to slip off him in a matter of days.
He's scrolling on his phone and sees all his friends' posts, and he'd be lying if he said they weren't attractive. He isn't gay or anything, but damn do his friends look good. They look tuff and cool, unlike him 💔
He doesn't have a model-like face like Soda. And he ain't strong and muscular like Darry. And he sure as hell ain't as attractive as both of them. So what good qualities does he have? Running fast?
With a sigh he turns his phone off and keeps rotting in bed.
