I love that you were so affected by DBaM that you put "Pin Jun deserved better" in your description loll.

But true.

Hahaha Yes!!!! I have rarely been angry at a show like I've been angry at Dark Blue and Moonlight!!! The potential was just there and they messsed it up!!! The story started out so sweet, and they threw it all out of the window for what??? For a guy he met one year ago in a public pool!???

I can't forget about this series because usually either a show is great or bad or boring or whatever, but DBaM managed to be a great show for the first few episodes and then in a twist they managed to turn the story into the worst storyline in the history of storylines.

I'm so dramatic that I even went on Instagram to block the show's director because I was so pissed off!!!

The love story between Pin Jun and Hai Qing was so much more developed and written better than the "love story" between Hai Qing and the other nasty guy... You want me to believe that they went through so much together, taking care of each other and Hai Qing threw it all away for a guy he barely knows.

If you're going to give us a side character who will end up being the Other Guy, at least make him despicable or give him some flaws. But nooooo, they gave us sweet, patient, adorable and flawless Pin Jun and then ended up hurting him! Whyyy????

How could they f*ck up the story so bad when it started out so great???

Pin Jun is literally one of the sweetest character ever and they screwed with him and didn't even give him a Happy Ending, and to top it all, they gave him some extra drama at the end?

I need to stop now because otherwise I will go on another rant, but honestly the was they treated his character traumatized me!!!

Thank you for sending me this btw hahaha, there aren't many people who know about this show so I never got to talk about it!

And just so you know, in my mind, Pin Jun ended with his manager from the restaurant and they're now living their happily ever after
