2023 cirno in hakama
Lobster and Shimenawa Hakama Late Edo period, 19th century.
hakama skirt, misamaru
Please appreciate the Mizu's tatoo I made with eyeliner 👉👈
Second semester just started so I'm more busy again and I'm a bit crushed by job because money is needed xd, but I'll work on cosplay as soon as I have the opportunity
Fun pop pattern for this furisode showing mischievous crows among colorful dots, paired with dark green hakama pants.
OP describes the crows as yatagarasu (mythical three-legged crow), can you count the birdies' legs?
A frilly mint and pink hakama outfit with lots of lolita items 🍡
I first wore this coordinate in 2022 for a brief outing (this is the outfit in photo 1). Since I liked the combination I had been saving it to wear again to a bigger meetup--so when a Harajuku fashion picnic was announced I thought it was the perfect opportunity to wear this not-quite-lolita fusion outfit 🙂
I'm a big fan of outfits that mix lolita and other lacy and frilly items into kimono, so I did the same here. When I rewore the outfit, I added a frilly bonnet for a kind of dolly, turn of the century victorian kimono look.
The main point of this outfit is my strawberry yogurt ice bar necklace! I think the pale pink colour and refreshing appearance are perfect for the warm weather. Unfortunately I didn't take any close-ups, but it is so edible looking 🍧 I am embarrassed to admit that I had trouble finding it the day before and almost had a breakdown tornado-ing through my wardrobe 😂 but I did find it!
This is 100% not a proper kimono outfit as the "kimono" is actually a yukata and not appropriate to be worn as a kimono under hakama. But the outfit is far from accurate anyway, with a blouse underlayer and modern boots, so I'm hoping it can kind of be its own thing.
Lots of lolita or lolita adjacent brands used here--yukata, necklace and fan are from Q-pot (it has macarons!); blouse and bonnet are Mary Magdalene; shoes and bag are Angelic Pretty & floral hairclip is from Henriette (JP indie brand)
🥰 2012!Raph in a hakama, based on @melonpalooza pointing out that they would probably be decently well-suited for their big ol stompers
