Open Letter & Request to Monbebes & All Fandoms (Nov. 19, 10:59 PM US Mountain Time)
I would like to bring attention to a very important issue regarding a fairly new (debuted 2017) group, TRCNG.
Some of you may have heard the recent news regarding the abuse the members have received from their company, TS Ent.
When I say abuse, by the way, I mean all forms - mental, emotional, and physical.
Real quick, for those of you who may not know who TRCNG is, allow me to provide a quick background.
Comprised of ten members, the boys are:
Yang Taeseon (Leader, Lead Vocalist, born in 2000)
Kim Jihun (Lead Vocalist, born in 2000)
Choi Hayoung (Main Vocalist, born in 2000)
Lee Hakmin (Vocalist, Dancer, born in 2000)
Jo Wooyeop (Vocalist, Dancer, born in 2000)
Kim Jisung (High-rapper, born in 2000)
Kim Hyunwoo (Low-rapper, Dancer, born in 2001)
Yoo Siwoo (Low-rapper, born in 2001)
Lee Hohyeon (Main rapper, born in 2001)
Kim Kangmin (Main Vocalist, Maknae, born in 2001)
They debuted in 2017 with their song ‘Spectrum’ and their group name, TRCNG, stands for: Teen Rising Champion in New Generation.
Their company, TS Ent., for those of you who may not know, is the same label that created B.A.P. and Sonamoo. If you don’t know who these groups are, then to put it simply: Both were robbed of comebacks, production, income, and treated poorly overall. TS Ent. utilizes “slave contracts” which basically means: The company benefits from the artists, not the idols.
In other words: TS Entertainment has a well-known history of mistreatment and foul-play.
Now, back to TRCNG.
This is a group who debuted as a group of children and even now, are still very young. They ultimately did not know the contracts they were signing merely because no one is ever there to guide young artists and labels will lie to get what they want.
The recent news stems from two of the members, Wooyeop and Taeseon, who have come forth and filed a lawsuit against TS Ent for multiple accounts of proof detailing the abuse and mismanagement they’ve had to endure.
Here are some articles detailing everything:

Now, you may be wondering why I’m requesting help from Monbebes, so allow me to explain.
I’ve stated many times that the movement we’re fighting for represents not only Monsta X, but all groups and soloists who have ever been wronged. I believe it was yesterday that I posted a reminder that this movement also pushes to pioneer a safe and fair environment for young artists. It pushes to eliminate slave contracts and punish the agencies who utilize them.
TRCNG has a relatively small fan base (CHAMPION’s) and being one, myself, I’ve been seeing their efforts in bringing attention to this issue, but no one is really hearing them.
So this is where my request comes in.
This is a very serious issue, bebes. These are human beings who have been wronged and justice needs to be served.
I truly believe we can bring attention to this issue. We’ve done so for MX, and can continue doing so for MX, whilst also helping TRCNG.
So I ask you to please spread awareness and let TS Ent know we won’t allow them to win.

[TRANSLATION]
Twitter thread of all the translations I've done regarding the current situation. You can also find the following pictures there. I'm not as active on tumblr and I tend to update twitter more so if you would like to keep up with my translations, I suggest looking at the thread.
TRCNG's 191119 Vlive
Translations from this news article
See balloon_wanted for more general translations. Note that these screenshots are all recreations of the actual chatrooms.
1. Taeseon wanted to stay in TRCNG but the director made him leave. The others' witnessed Wooyeop's abuse and told the director about it, but the director (see previous post for more details) wouldn't listen.
2. One of the department heads under TS Entertainment cussing at a TRCNG member for doing an unscheduled vlive on the 15th of February 2019.
3. The same department head invited one of the 2001 liners to go to a hostess bar with him.
4. The TRCNG members had no electricity in their laundry room and kitchen so Taeseon texted their manager. To this day, they still don't have electricity.
Looks like I've hit the image limit, so I'll continue via reblogging.
Happy December 🙏🏻 Let's spend the rest of our time without regret

Everyone always takes the chance to tweet abt #h3h3isnotoverparty or #h3h3isoverparty or #BanKpopAccounts, but ALL of y'all are silent when it comes to the real, terrible, things that happen in kpop. TRCNG are literally victims of child abuse, and yet they trended for what? A day? Everyone read abt an 18-yr-old kid getting assaulted w a steel chair to the point of being hospitalized, and just. Moved on.
What abt EXO-M? B.A.P? Jonghyun? Sulli? Goo Hara? How long did they trend for?
THAT is what has a body count. Our apathy.
They sue for discrimination & mismanagement and we all cry bc they're tearing the group apart, and maybe we trend smth in our rage. The media has a field day pitting the members against each other, and then the day or week passes and we all forget. And 2 years later they quietly lose the lawsuit & have to pay back debts & are tied up in so much red tape they can't see straight. Because their company saw dollar signs instead of people, bc their company disregarded their health, bc we didn't call out the visible signs of distress in the ppl we supposedly love.
Or worse. They die. They kill themselves, and we tear ourselves apart in our grief & guilt. We trend hashtags and we tell them they did well, and we have the same conversations we have every time. We demand change. Then the day or week passes & we all forget. We forget our rage.
It's happening right now. It's happening w/ TRCNG. There's entire twitter threads of translated evidence. We trended hashtags in our rage. Then the day passed, and we all forgot. The ppl who could be raising awareness are 2 busy trending #h3h3isoverparty or #BanKpopAccounts now.
We have the chance to at least give these kids a voice. But we care more abt our own voices or fancams. That can change, but WE have to change. If we let these things keep happening, then all this loss will be for nothing. We owe it to them to at least try.
Their names are Taeseon & Wooyeop. Their names are Jihun, Hayoung, Hakmin, Jisung, Hyunwoo, Siwoo, Hohyeon, & Kangmin. They are kids & they are being abused.
We can't forget our rage this time. We have to help them, for all the ppl we didn't help before. We have to at least try.]
