Halbarry (Hal x Barry) headcanons
Hi!! I'm back. It's been so long.. its kind of weird to be posting again. Anyways,

Okay so...
Uhm, for the sake of this post their ship name is gonna be 'Jallen', any protests? No? That's what I thought, lol.
JALLEN HEADCANNONS
1. Funny enough nobody was surprised when they tried to go public with their relationship. Everyone just assumed that they were dating, with Hal's being flirty and Barry's absolute no chill.
2. They almost never fight. It's bizarre. Sometimes Barry scolds Hal for being insensitive but honestly Hal is an absolute angel for Barry. The closest thing they had to a disagreement was when Hal complained about Barry forgetting their Month and 1/2 Anniversary.
3. They are dubbed 2 Halves of a Whole Idiot, though Barry is sort of a genius and Hal is a tactical mastermind.
4. Villains refuse to fight them when they are together, JALLEN is just too sickeningly sweet.
Catwoman: Just cuff me.
Green Lantern (♂️) and the Flash, in perfect synch: But we just started??

5. They have their own couple school Instagram page, where people can submit their cute moments and (oddly enough) pictures. Nobody knows who started it, but signs point to Babs.
(Don't worry, she only accepts pictures of them in a public school setting and made really clear to certain die hard fans that they will perish if they cross the lines.)
6. Whenever one of Hal's exes come around they somehow find themselves talking with Barry about Hal. Whether it's gushing, complaining, pining, or plotting revenge-- somehow they always leave as friends.
7. Whenever people ask them about the other they either get;
Shy- As if they are still just flirting and not an established couple of literal years. (Usually Barry.)
Proud - As if that was something they could brag about. (Usually Hal).
8. Hal's family adores Barry. Barry's family is still a little wary but incredibly supportive.
9. Their alter egos have very smutty fanfiction and fan art. Hal and Barry take great fun I'm reading it, it can be inspiring. Though Barry draws the line at smutty fan art, no matter how flattering.
10. They joke about who's going to propose. It might even be a little competition. Hal wants to do it because of this must-be-gentleman complex. Barry wants to do it because he already had it planned out since he was 5.
