Big congratulations to Millennium fx and everyone involved for Doctor Who’s Bafta win for Special, Visual and Graphic Effects last weekend. There’s an amazing crew of people designing, sculpting, building and performing all the practical creatures and same again working on the digital effects. I get to bask in the reflected glory as I was involved in some of the creature designs for the nominated episode, specifically the steam punk tinged villain the Half Face Man. WOO!
