so okay we all know that todoroki just fucking hates enji, right? okay let’s think for a sec. shoto’s quirk is “half-cold, half-hot.” who decided that order??? i think ‘roki was so mad at enji and was so petty that he put “half-hot” as the second part because he was like “fuck you dad!!”

New Quirk Name: Mistified

This Emitter type Quirk allows the user to create a thin, sparkling white steam from their body that covers a wide area. When inhaled by a target, the it begins to stimulate their healing and decontaminate their bodies, allowing them to heal at a much faster rate than normal. Even a small amount of the gas can be used to wake up someone from being unconscious. This makes the user second to none in support, allowing them to help those in large range with their gas. The user also has a massive advantage against other gas based Quirks, such as "Gas" or , overpowering it and causing it to dissipate.  Though the Quirk is inaccurate, making it so the user's opponents can take advantage of it if the user is not aware. The Quirk does not heal people instantly, merely strengthen the body's natural process, making it so those helped by the Quirk still need time to heal and even some more serious affliction may be out of the Quirk's reach.

I was wondering around bnha videos when I came across the VAs for Bakugo, Midoriya and Todoroki talking about their quirk names in English.

This ended with Midoriya and Bakugo, (just calling them by their characters for convenience), laughing at Todoroki about his quirk name in English.

In Japanese it’s 半冷 半燃 (Hanrei hannen)

This lead me to wonder what it would be if google translate tried to make sense of it.

My Hero Academia 30 day challenge: Day 5

Day 5: Favourite Quirk

There are so many amazing quirks out there so it was a tough competition but here is my final answer. It has to be Todoroki’s Half-cold, Half-hot. It has to be among the strongest quirks I have seen in the series far and really has potential. It also helps that Shoto himself is pretty skilled with his right side and is improving with his left after refusing to use it for so long. This quirk with it’s owners skill made it to the finals in the sports festival and likely could have won had Todoroki not held back. It really is amazing and powerful and I love watching it in action
