I was just wondering what your daily workout was like? I saw your two week progress post! Also, any suggestions for a healthier diet?
Hello there :) My daily workout usually consists of 10-15 minutes of cardio*, at least 20 minutes of strength training**, and at least 10 minutes of stretching (before and after). In the beginning, I was doing less than this, but moving at your own pace is crucial. As for a healthier diet, I try to make sure that 25% of my plate is protein (i.e. chicken or eggs), 25% is grain, and the other 50% is vegetables. I just recently stopped counting calories, and suggest that others to do the same. If you find that you are still hungry 30 minutes after you eat, it’s because you didn’t eat enough. Also very important is to keep drinking water! Drink a glass every time it pops into your head. You want to try to drink 6-10 glasses per day depending on your size. I hope this helped!! :)
