Matched real hard on my run in the sun(set) this evening. After Monday's abysmal 3ish miles, I pushed and ran a 5k in 28:30. Which is an acceptable time for me. I don't run for speed. I swam for speed for too many years, I don't want any pressure to go faster. Right now I just want to run and run far. Tomorrow I'm aiming for 3.5 or 4 and then 5 or 6 on Sunday. My half feels soon, I need to get it together.
