Summary: It was supposed to be a simple D-Rank. By very definition it was something that should’ve gone… somewhat smoothly. Kakashi should’ve known better, really. Of course his three chaos gremlins would manage to find some way to turn a training ground they were supposed to be clearing of traps into something entirely more volatile. Kakashi, exasperated as ever, decides enough is enough, and impulsively invites Umino Iruka to teach his genin a lesson in traps. One that isn’t Academy approved. Again, Kakashi should’ve known better.
