🎃 It's spooky season! So, of course, you wanted to have fun and go to a haunted house. One thing though…you were pretty scared, so you requested the company of your lover! (Though for Rudo, he's just your friend!!)
Content: Fluff, silly, cursing

He went in with you begrudgingly. He didn't find these types of things scary, or interesting at all for that matter. But it couldn't hurt to do it for you…
He's hyper aware of how you cling to his arm, a bit too tightly, though he doesn't move away. In fact, he feels pretty content knowing you find comfort in his presence.
But he definitely teases you with smug comments
“Jeez, ya look like you're about to piss your pants.”
“You're gettin’ frightened from that? Damn, scaredy cat.”
But he keeps glancing at you in case you get too anxious, and when you do, he gently coaxes you forth.
He doesn't get spooked at all from the scare actors and cheap sound effects, but at one point near the end, a spider decoration suddenly broke and fell from above, landing on him and scaring the daylights out of him.
Outside he denied letting out a panicked scream at the incident despite his slightly reddened face.
“Tch, a rating?- Ya want a rating for that shit show? Ugh, 3/10. It was...something— but I enjoyed seeing you get scared at least…..Eh-? NO- Don't you dare tell Enjin about the spider incident!!!"

An asshole. He. Was. An. Absolutely. Prick.
He didn't hesitate to join you, not that he wants to get scared – he didn't get frightened by these cheesy things – but rather he found it as an absolute perfect opportunity to fuck with you.
Just a few minutes in during a very dimly lit area, he dipped. Let go of your hand with an obnoxious cackle and bolted deeper into the house out of your line of sight.
Your annoyance at his little stunt gave you the courage to move a bit further, although you really wanted to reunite as soon as possible. Your spine tingled with uneasiness at every little sound...
You called out his name, voice vaguely laced with shakiness. “Jabber?! Jabber- Come back, this isn't funny!!!”
Only the creaking of the wooden floor beneath you responded…
But then suddenly he jumped out from behind a corner, only to be met by your shrill scream and your fist connecting with his face instinctively.
He stumbled back and laughed, while you seemed both mortified you accidentally just punched your boyfriend and still ticked off he left you in the first place.
“OH MAN- HAH- You shoulda seen the look on your face, babe! Oh fuck, that was PRICELESS!” Jabber wheezed in a fit of laughter, unperturbed by the fact he got punched – if anything, you could tell he enjoyed it, damn masochistic bastard.
After that you grabbed his arm and clung on tightly, making sure the dreadhead couldn't leave your side the rest of the walk through the haunted house.
This didn't stop him from making sudden body movements or loud yells to startle you at the most random times.
“I rate that a…9/10. Feels like I didn't terrify you enough~” He said with a smirk, poking your forehead.
“So, wanna find another one?” He added after a moment: he thrived on scaring the shit out of you!!!

He wouldn't really have thought of going to one by himself (and frankly he was a bit nervous of the idea) but once you asked him to join you, he did it in a heartbeat. He loved being by your side and found your jumpy reactions quite adorable when watching horror movies, so this should be fun. Besides, it couldn't be that bad, right?
Little did he know you chose one of the most prestigious haunted houses around-
His hand subconsciously tightened around yours as the two of you walked through the house, a small sheepish smile on his face as he tried to remain calm for both of your sakes
He ended up screaming and getting scared more than you though
At one point, he fell on his ass as an actor in a killer clown costume jumped out from a hiding spot…poor boy...
Nonetheless whenever there was a more frightening part up ahead and he could tell you were getting more nervous, he pulled you closer against him
“Don't worry, love, I'm right here! We can do this...”
Afterwards, with lingering adrenaline running through both of you, you both broke out into some lighthearted giggles.
“What would I rate it? Ah…I guess a 10/10, it was fun since you were with me, but I think I need a breather before we go to another," he chuckled and playfully kissed your cheek.
•°~Rudo Surebrec~°•
He was a bit curious, though skeptical. He'd never been in one before after all…
When he entered the house, he was quite taken aback. The decor, sounds, and atmosphere were not what he expected. It made the hairs on his neck stand up, his alertness high in this unfamiliar territory
A few things gave him the heebie jeebies but he was more aware of your reactions more than his
“We fight trash beasts and raiders, yet this gets you?” He questioned with a raised brow (he was acting as if he wasn't tense either!!)
Immediately after saying that, a scare actor jumps out and Rudo punches them in the gut by accident…
You profusely apologized on his behalf while Rudo stood behind you, looking down all red with embarrassment
“Uh, a rating? 1/10.......you think that guy is alright?...” the poor Spherite muttered.
You had to reassure him, and then you proceeded to get him some sweet treats to make him feel better 🍭🍬🍫
