WHOOHOO HERE WE GO MY FANGIRL SELF IS SO READY FOR THIS
No God can find the peace we lost can save us from these storms In a tea cup they are drowning me This bed, full of nails and our bones There’s a taste of a rose A broken wish they promised me to feel good
Hallow Fate by Gin Wigmore
Gin Wigmore - Hallow Fate
“No god can find a piece we lost, can save us from these storms in a tea cup that are drowning me. This bed, full of nails and our bones, is a taste of all the wrongs, a broken wish that promised me to feel good.”
We’ve had our fair share of immense pop talent hailing from New Zealand in the past few years. Super stars like Kimbra and Lorde easily come to mind, but let’s hope you haven’t been missing out on Gin Wigmore, too. The now Los Angeles based singer songwriter is known for her fierce gritty, spicy searing voice and an abundance of phenomenal songs from three prior full lengths. New single Hallow Fate, which was launched as part of a new collaborative project Gin has been working on called GIRLGANG, is a sassy soulful, whiskey drenched spectacular. Her GIRLGANG project features original art pieces by five female artists inspired by the five songs from her upcoming fourth album. For Hallow Fate, she’s teamed up with San Diego tattoo artist Briana Sargent, who designed a tattoo inspired by the single. For more insight, check out their behind the scenes video, here. Lord have mercy for this voice!
