🦉😼💰 @scottthensey's Owlman - The old "Owl and the Pussycat". Looks like the toy was meant to have a light up eye feature. This is #RyanBrown's "#NocturnoTheOwl. #Nocturno and an early #ScratchTheCat here ( aka #Hallowcat ) are based directly off Ryan's designs from the early 90s and these two are a near identical to those sketches. These are 2 out of 3 frightening mutated villains from the famous #TMNT Adventures series of comics. Nocturno, Hallowcat, and #NevermoreTheScarecrow.
