Yesterday ='d rest day Today = cheerleading, 30ds Lvl 1 & running (at least 2 miles) Tomorrow = 30ds Lvl 2 & running (at least 2.5 miles) 10-22 = 30ds Lvl 2 & running (at least 3 miles) 10-23 = 30ds Lvl 2 10-24 = 30ds Lvl 2 & running (at least 2.5 miles) 10-25 = rest 10-26 = rest 10-27 = 30ds Lvl 3 & running (at least 3 miles) 10-28 = 30ds Lvl 2 & running (at least 3.5 miles) 10-29 = 30ds Lvl 2 & running (at least 3.5 miles) 10-30 = 30ds Lvl 3 & running (at least 4 miles)
10-31 -> GOAL. abs. lots of abs
+ 20 push-ups per day
+ 20 crunches per day
+ 30 squats per day
Diet
- Nothing processed (no cookies, chips or white grains) nothing fried either - limit sodium - No soda; limiting monster 1-2x per week - lots of water; lots. & tea. - calories allowable - 1,300
Breakfast; 300-350 Lunch; 250-300 Dinner; 200 - 250 Snacks [2]' 0-200
