i’ve had what i believe to be an experience of sleep paralysis but it wasn’t extreme. i was sleeping on my couch because i got too cozy and i remember being on my side still but hearing noises of someone opening the door and walking in. i did almost everything to try and get up to see if the door was locked but i was stuck. my one and only experience with that and i didn’t even see any ghouls…
aghhh sounds like it. honestly the feeling of being stuck in your own body and unable to move a thing is scary enough it's prob the scariest part!! ive only ever seen anything weird like twice. the rest was all just bodily feelings as you described and it still messed me up for a bit lol
