“You again!”
Her lips furled into a frown, her hands gripping into fists by her sides as she huffed in frustration. Pointing an accusatory finger, her gaze narrowed sharply, her voice barely tugging back a shout.
“I won’t tolerate any stalkers do you hear me? Just because I’m famous as a member of Muse doesn’t give you any right to follow me everywhere I-”
The sudden explosion roared like thunder as it hammered into her ears and flung her from the pavement. Sailing through the air bug eyed, she landed with a violent thud on the concrete a few meters away. Her mouth snapped open, her eyes nearly rolling back in her head as spit dribbled in streams off her tongue. Her lower back barely registered the hardness of the ground even as she rocked side to side, helpless. Her school bag was tarnished by numerous rips, nearly tearing at the seams though it had bravely bore the brunt of her landing. Glancing slowly downward, she mumbled and slurred her prayers, heaving a sigh of relief. No blood, though her thigh highs had become ankle hugging and her shoes were scattered about. The man was lost within the thick whirl of smoke flooding through the streets as dogs went rabid with their barking in nearby yards and a rising chorus of screams buzzed into her hearing.
“I’m lucky…I only got caught up in the pressure of the blast.”
Wincing as she grit her teeth with a groan, she tried sitting up before a burst of pain shot up her spine and squashed her effort. Gazing toward the sky, nothing could greet her still but the haze of smoke swirling aimless in all directions over her face. Straining her eyes as far as they could peer into the fog, a hard lump formed in her throat when his silhouette was nowhere in sight.
✟ : Religious beliefs
“This is an easy question of course! There are spirits everywhere, in ways that us humans can hardly classify in the fullest sense of the word. Some methods such as divination and fortune telling exist in an attempt to bridge this gap and harness the various spiritual energies of nature and luck. Being a practitioner of the latter, it’s a more honest insight compared to other, tightly organized religions that I’d dare say can be argued to have lost their true purpose in appreciation of the gods and spirits.”

“Are you lost sir? I can help ya out, don’t worry! Just tell me where you’re headed around here.”
Hands on her hips, she tilted herself sideways, smiling cheerfully up close and personal in his face. Waving politely, she then stuck her hands behind her back, leaning a bit closer as her eyes scanned over his chest. Sniffing around, her face scrunched together for the briefest second, pulling away with her lips tugged in a slight frown. Her mouth opened, and out came a tone touched by the deepest worry.
“Heya uh, how come you smell like oil dude? Did you go to the auto shop?”
@halovete liked for a starter!
There were rumors of an abandoned laboratory just around near to where she was wandering about. She got lost, again, sure, but since she was near to that abandoned place she ought to might try going in. There’s nothing wrong. She’s in it for the adventure.
As she goes in the laboratory, the cold breeze made her shiver a bit as well as the eerie atmosphere it was giving. There was this faint light that was coming at the end of the hall. She ran towards to that light. As soon as she arrives, she peeked in the room and gasps as she sees blood all over the floor. “W-what is this?” She whispers under her breath. Was it safe to call anyone if there were any survivors? A killer might be still on the loose inside the laboratory. This was a bad idea. She took a deep breath and took the risk.
“I-is anyone still here? I can help you!” She called.
