Note: see I told you I was going to come back! I made a post yesterday about the Diabolik Lovers fandom and was pleased to see were still thriving!! So Imma dip my big toe in the writing scenes for them to kinda lure out requesters. I kept it short and sweet to test things out btw. ENJOY. MDNI
Since you came to this stupid manor with Yui two nights ago, you've been worried about when it will be your turn.
All the brothers threw out threats to your body and blood, but none of them actually came to you with it. Yet.
You never hoped to get bitten, of course. You actually thought they were only going to drink from Yui, but Reiji clarified that you also needed to keep your blood good for them as well.
When he handed you a box of cranberry juice, your first instinct was to pass it back. It was Shuu who placed it back on your lap with a lazy look and a low tone, “No, you’ll need it.” Since then, you have jumped at every raw sound, every shadow that isn't your own.
So far, none of them have come to see you; you figured they were all surrounding Yui like before. Maybe it worked in your favor.
You worried about her, though, having come here together, and talking on the way somehow brought you together as friends. You stared at your door, the dark wood matched so well with the light blues and greens of the room. The doorknob was your biggest fear, having to leave the room, and the thought of bumping into any of them sent chills down your spine. So you felt silly when you grabbed it, even dumber when you opened it, thinking you'd run into a brother, but to your surprise, nothing was there. The air you held left you easily after. You walked to Yui's room, remembering the path she told you to take. You might’ve walked past it to start from the start of the hall, but at least you didn't get the wrong door.
You knocked lightly but hard enough to echo in the hall. The wait shook you, so you opened and entered without waiting, gasping at the sight of Ayato drinking from her. “Yui!” you called, trembling to her side to push the vampire off her. She cradled you to your side, holding her neck.
You only stared at Ayato as he watched you both with a wicked smile. He fixed his back to stand up straight.
“Well, would you look at that, two for one?” he said. You jumped back a little, but Yui stepped in. “You wanted to drink from me, right?” she said, making him arch a brow and grin. “Well, aren’t you heroic? Getting jealous in front of yours truly is such a turn-on.” He focused on Yui, so you used this to back out of the room and dash back to yours.
Your heart is beating rapidly. You shook your head at the thought of Yui taking harm for you.
When you finally calmed down, you looked up from the floor to see Shuu sleeping on your bed. His legs were to the floor, his shirt lifted, and his pants hanging dangerously low, so low you could see his perfect V line. You kept going over his body until your eyes met his crystal blue ones. You jumped, half embarrassed for staring and half shocked to see him awake.
“Why are you here?” you asked, pressing your back against the door. He didn’t respond immediately; instead, he closed his eyes and sighed.
“I’m thirsty.” “There’s a kitchen,” you reply without thinking. Something Reiji warned you about in school.
You jumped when he sat up, touching his earpiece. “You’re quite different from her.” he stood tall over you, so much so, you used your whole neck to meet his eye. “Who?” You shook as he came closer.
“The girl, Yui. She doesn’t talk back. She whines and takes it.”
You shake the thought, though, as your ears get red. Being bitten might have made her that way. She herself wouldn’t like that.
You didn’t even realize he was so close until he pressed his body onto you. You pushed back, “Shuu no.” No matter how much you tried, he wouldn’t budge, as if his body was made of metal.
He brought his hands to your hair, fisting it to the side, exposing the unmarked smoothness of your neck. He placed his mouth there, licking the fear off you before pausing. His fangs are pinching dangerously close. When you relaxed for a second. You thought maybe you were off the hook, and your blood was no good.
The moment you thought he wouldn’t, he did. A tearing sound ripped through your ear, and you yelped, pulling at his cardigan. “It hurts,” you exclaimed, only making him dig deeper. He released you only to dig in again. Your taste was overpowering, so intoxicating that it made him uncharacteristically greedy. He wondered why your scent was light. His free hand grabbed your hand, pushing him, even in weak attempts.
Only when he feels your body go weak and your knees begin to fall is when he pulls away. You lay dizzy on his body. He waits to pick you up, trying to figure out whether he wants to. He does, placing you on the soft blue blanket of the bed and leaving you to sleep in the pain he gave you.
