HAMACON MINICON 2017 Volunteer dates:

It's that time again! Here is the information you have been waiting for! We will only be having two meetings for the minicon. All volunteers are required to attend both meetings AND attend the Mandatory Staff/Volunteer Meeting. If you are NOT able to make it to the required meetings, or have any questions, please contact [email protected], pm me here, or talk to your director. Please remember to bring a pen. Must have reliable transportation. Meetings will last about an hour for those being picked up. To volunteer you must be 18 or older. Under some circumstances will we allow under 18, although it has to be approved through our volunteer director. Attention cosplayers planning on attending hamacon 8 this year! We are running a panel again! Yup- from the creators of “This Panel Fills You With Determination”, we’re coming back together to make a Yuri!!! On Ice panel this year! We’re currently looking for applicants for several different character roles , preferably located in the Huntsville/Madison area, but if you live farther away and still plan on coming, that’s okay too! Currently, here’s our list of roles: -Yuuri (Taken) -Victor -Yurio (Taken) -Phitchit -Otabek -JJ -Chris -Mickey -Minami -The Coaches These are the main roles we’re looking for at the moment, but feel free to suggest others. Hamacon Minicon was fun! We both had fun! I know many of you saw the kiddo in the Splatoon shirt, and that was my sister. She enjoyed it and I hope to come back to the Minicon next year ! The cosplays were amazing! It was fun!
