Ingredients: 1 pizza dough store-bought or homemade. 1/2 cup pizza sauce. 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/2 cup diced ham. 4 large eggs. Salt and pepper to taste. Fresh parsley for garnish optional.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 475F 245C. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a border for the crust. Sprinkle half of the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce. Evenly distribute the diced ham over the cheese. Create small wells in the toppings for the eggs. Crack one egg into each well. Season the eggs with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the top of the pizza. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the crust is golden and the eggs are cooked to your desired level of doneness. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly.
