As much as I'd like to see a medley, I think Yorktown was the perfect choice for the Tonys. Just hear me out; (see what I did there?) Yorktown showed off Oak, Anthony, Daveed, the entire ensemble and the phenomenal choreography. It made the viewers see that Hamilton isn't just carried by Lin, Leslie, Renee or Phillipa. Live and home viewers could clearly see that every single cast member is just as talented. Also, can you imagine how excited the entire cast to be performing at the Tonys. Even though they're not a lead they still got a chance to performance. An honour many have dreamt of. That's all folks.
