They were only a few days from Dio’s castle and had made camp for the night. It had been a long Bizarre Adventure, but they were almost there. Speedwagon, and Zeppeli’s Hamon trainer and friends were with her now, even if he was not. Joannia didn’t mind camping outside despite her rich upbringing. It was even sort of fun in a way, like an out door sleep over wish her cherished friends. So it was quite a shock when she woke alone in the middle of the desert the next morning.

“Wha-- What?” She muttered looking around wide eyes in confusion. She gazed around for anyone of her friends. “Master Tompetty? Straizo?... Speedwagon? Is anyone there?” She asked but got no answer. So this wasn’t some illusion or test, at least as far as she could tell. But how did she get here? Why just her and where exactly was here.

One thing was sure, she couldn’t sit around here in the desert. She needed to find a town or city, get water and if she was lucky, information. Perhaps she could even find her way back... Joannia would need to. She couldn’t leave Dio to his own devices. Who knew how many people he’s hurt and would hurt before she got to him. She had to hurry, Fortunately there was a town not far away... the young noble woman just needed to make it there...

            he felt cold. incredibly cold.

            the sight of white walls and a ceiling, wherever he was,             definitely didn’t help that feeling. it was unsettling to him,             this cold that washed over him like nothing else did, embracing             him wholly. he could feel gravity weighing down on him,             indicating that he was definitely lying down, but the moment             he tried to sit up, he couldn’t, for there was no response in             his body to what he wished to do.

            he could move his head, the tiniest bit, enabling him to             identify that the place he was located in was in fact as hospital.             soon, his senses told him that a blanket weighed down on him,             as he could feel the fabric with his finger tips, brushing against             it as he moved them, but anything else, he couldn’t feel,             making it seem as if anything past his torso didn’t exist.

            no feeling, or sensation, whatsoever could be felt. he could             “ feel ” that he could move his toes, but it was as if they were              asleep, anything they touched feeling like static noise, unable              to process what it was he felt. the power to sit up, or move any              of his limbs, was absent from his body.

            and then he remembered, that being here, was something of a             contradiction. he shouldn’t have survived that. back there, he             could feel his life fading, his vision wavering, hierophant green             dissappearing before his eyes. he should have been dead. back             then, he died. he was almost sure of it. so what was this then?             the afterlife? was he merely dreaming?

『ＴＨＥ ＦＯＯＬ』

The urban mutt kneaded at the bundled up blankets that he has decided to make his bed. As the Joestar group pushed forward to throw their lives away to fight against DIO’s goonies, Iggy decided it would be the PERFECT time for a nap. As he turned in circles a couple of times, he finally found the one comfortable spot. Thus, the pup curled up and closed his eyes.

Well, until his large ears picked up the sound of footsteps approaching. A slight grunt sounded from the Stand user as one blue hue opened to see who is interrupting his break-- Oh, it’s the old man. Iggy is surprisingly neutral towards him. This particular human has yet to do anything TOO annoying. 

Besides, he occasionally gets a one of those good belly rubs from the one named Joseph. Can’t really complain there.

            back then, he had been ready for whatever would happen             to him, accepting his death as he stood and faced dio, but             having come back like this, spending time with everyone             again, there being no immediate threat, the thought             nagged at him.

            ❛  — what’ll happen to me?                                          what do you think will happen?  ❜

            would he remain, to spend the rest of his life as if nothing             had happened earlier that day, or would he dissapear, having             no say in it, unprepared for it to happen? although he had no             problems talking about what had happened to him, his supposed             “ death ”, somewhere he wasn’t quite ready to say goodbye            again, having done so before, so to say.
