This weekend I did the workout affectionately known as the Hampton 5 as done by @offthegrid_e and @coach.vish which includes the following: 1 round for time: -100 Burpees -100 Kettlebell Swings with 70lb/32kg kettlebell -100 Kicksits -100 Push ups -100 Box jumps on 24” box It took my 47m and 34s which is pretty slow but I’ll take it considering I had never done Kicksits before. This is a great cardio workout that is sure to get your heart rate up there.
