Killin' it!
While I was up later than normal last night to get my first workout in, I still got out of bed this morning to get Day 2 done! Tabata Power was quite a few squats or similar movements and tricep killing! My hamstrings are kind of tight from it and a little stiff/sore. Overall though I am feeling pretty good!
Tonight I am getting to the YMCA for Circuit Scramble and Hardcore Abs. I would also like to lift but that seems like I might be pushing it quite a bit. I don't want to completely over do it but I want to keep up with everything. Let's see how quickly I burn out!
This morning for my after workout / breakfast I made a shake! It contained protein powder, banana, a smidge of peanut butter, almond milk ANNDDDD silken tofu! That was my first time ever trying tofu. To be honest it was good. I couldn't even tell that it was in there! Tonight I plan to try firm tofu! Wish me luck!
