Riley and Mortimer have already taken hosts, and in the case with Scout it'd be like having two voices in one brain, each controlling a different part of the body. so like, you control your left arm and leg, and scout controls the other half. so its a battle not only to get adjusted and in tune enough to act natural, but also to pass the tests with this messed up coordination.
