Dance the night away
In July I went dancing with my friends! I don't go out like that often, but when I do I enjoy myself a lot. We went to a goth club called "Fledermaus" (=bat), which is just a very chill and cool place!!
I like how ethereal this pictures came out - no sharpness and clear focus. They show the energy of the night, the fleetingness and transience. I'm in a liminal space, between the reality of the day and the dreams you have at night!
[id] Picture 1 shows a mannequin sitting on a swing hanging from the ceiling. It's wearing a big feathery boa, lacey fishnet tights, sunglasses and a hat. It's looking very fancy indeed! You can see dramatic curtains in the background.
Picture 2: A selfie of Amy pointing at herself with a finger. Amy is a young fat white woman with glasses and long brown hair. She's wearing all black and the surrounding area is dark as well.
Picture 3 to 5 show Amy "dancing" at the subway station. The dancing effect actually comes from her dashing in view of the self-timer. Amy is a young fat white woman with glasses and long brown hair (which she's wearing open for once, but twisted together and slung over her shoulder). She's wearing all black, a black shirt with little silver crosses on it and a black cardigan that her grandma once commented with "you look like a bat wearing that!". On the bottom is an asymetrical handmade skirt which was made from band tshirts sewn together with black jersey fabric and black lace. She's also wearing knee-length black leggins under the skirt and black sandals. [/id]
