Friday Gin Review ✋🏻 HANDS ON Gin ✋🏻 According to the motto ”less is more” Göllen Distillery created an unbelievable fullness of taste using only five essential ingredients, in a process in which each of them is absolutely essential. The five essentials are steeped in a white rum that is distilled especially for the purpose. Juniper, the indispensable basis of every gin. Blackcurrant, provides the delightful flip side to the tangy, down-to-earth flavor of juniper berries. Coriander leaves, make an important contribution to the juicy, spicy flavor profile. Lemon grass, incorporate the stimulating aroma of lemon. Orange zest, the bittersweet final touch. Nose: Juniper freshness with sweet notes in background. Palate: Blackcurrant gives first notes in taste. Taste is gentle with mild sweetness. Lemon grass and coriander leaves with other botanicals works so nice together. Truly sipping experience! Taste in gintonic is also very good, i used black peppers, dried blood oranges and Franklin&Sons tonic water and oh yes how tasty it was!
