It seems like we just want to get it over with but this can be very harmful. To avoid injuring your joints make sure that the shoulder blades remain flat on the back, the elbows bend into the body, the hands stay flat with the fingers spread wide, and the shoulders stay out of the ears without rounding and slumping forward. It takes a long time to build the muscles to do chaturanga correctly so instead of skipping the steps use modifications like dropping the knees and just work on mastering getting the elbows to bend into the body and build the muscles so that you don't have an injury later on. #yogaeverydamnday #aimtrue #practice #instaomcrew #handstabd365
