I HAVE NEEDS Y'ALL!!
Specifically a need for a reliable and knowledgable handyperson who will um, fix things in my apartment without alerting the manager. Things like... adding an in-line water filter because the lead levels in the building make the water undrinkable. Adding a catflap to the bathroom door. Installing a folddown table so I can have some counterspace back
