OMFG I HATE AI!! I JUST WANT TO RENT A 2BDR APT AND TWO FUCKING AI 'AGENTS' FROM TWO SEPARATE PROPERTIES TRIED TO BOOK A VIEWING FOR THE SAME EXACT DAY AND TIME. I'M GONNA HAVE TO CALL, BECAUSE ANSWERING AN EMAIL IS NOW TOO 'TIME CONSUMING'. FUCK THIS TIME LINE.

I do not like moving but, if the FD says "Too dangerous" then we'll have to find another spot. I wish to fuck this was easier. Asking basic stuff like what kind of deposits are needed and, how much of that is refundable? That got met with "Just schedule a time for a showing, I know you'll just love living here at LargeComplex!!" I ask these questions so neither I nor the manager/tour guide wastes their time. If the deposit is First/Last AND an addtional deposit that is the same amount I guess you can find someone else who has money coming out the wazoo.

I despise our apt maintenance guy. Dishwasher has been on the fritz since 13-APR-26. First maintenance request took 4 days to complete because he had to order a part. Day 5 he declared it fixed and closed the ticket. I am VERY sure that the part he 'ordered' was the part I saw him melting plastic over. Yup, he failed his perception check and IDK what he was doing or why. But there was melting plastic, being intentionally dripped on a hunk of metal and wires and it stank. I come home and NOTHING. Water isn't even pumping in. The lights are on but no action. He voided the second ticket I created on the 18th. Came home on the evening of the 19th, still not fixed but ticket is closed stating 'Completed", created a third ticket on the morning of the 20th. The asshole closed it on the 21st, still no working dishwasher. I hope he falls face first on a nail that puts out an eye, and then dies in a fire of his own creation.

I am at my wits fuckin end with this stupid fucking leasing office, got a notice today that apparently their keys for my apt dont work, which honestly isnt my fucking problem because i gave them to a maintenance guy to make copies 2 fucking months ago when they shut off my heat....... now if they dont hear from me by 8/9 their gonna change my locks and i gotta pay 50 fucking bucks. Im about to lay into these stupid motherfuckers like idgaf anymore they change staff everyday, ignore calls and messages, they dont do shit and im sick of it so im gonna call tomorrow be like why the fuck did you leave this notice on my door, i JUST let you guys make copies of my keys and the fact your asking for copies again is suspect as shit.

Things like... adding an in-line water filter because the lead levels in the building make the water undrinkable. Adding a catflap to the bathroom door. Installing a folddown table so I can have some counterspace back
