Hangar steak with panko onion rings and celery salad (via Marley Spoon) Didn't have eggs to double-dredge the onion rings, so I improvised with olive oil mayonnaise blended with more olive oil. Sounds gross but it actually turned out pretty delicious. Hope you like it, pops.
