Hangesho 半夏生 by Patrick Vierthaler
Half summer garden in Ryosokuin. Their Shoin Zentei Garden is quite small. Nevertheless I love to visit their garden every year. It’s too early to see the Hangesho leaves turn from green to white. Mosses in the garden need rain to grow up, too. There are many travelers in Kyoto. I think they did overdo to rush around temple to temple and or shrine to shrine. When they see less shrine or temples, they enjoy and discover more:D
