Hi there! I'm actually getting this question a lot so I hope you don't mind that I'm publishing this ask so other people can see. The website is called Mastering Chemistry. It's an online textbook, but it also lets you complete assignments and do practice problems. We had to get it for my college chemistry class.
Unfortunately, though, the fact that I just used the phrase 'had to get it' pretty much means you have to pay for access codes since it's basically like renting a textbook online. So unless your college/high school has a program or curriculum that pays for access codes for Mastering Chemistry for its students, you might have to pay yourself. I forget how much but I'm sure the answer is online somewhere.
As for free alternatives, a little googling might lead you to some good sites. I spent like five minutes myself and found a few that might be helpful! I know that chemical formulas can be pretty tricky and unforgiving but hopefully one of these can get you started:

http://www.chemicalformula.org/: i dunno this one looks kinda interesting
