Ahhh fun facts this video is what first made me even consider Hanjoogoon! I love how Hansol looked super bored and then as soon as Pgoon whispered in his ear or w/e he perked up and Bjoo’s expression after Pgoon...kissed his hat or whatever he did was adorable! In general I really liked seeing Pgoon be a little more carefree and affectionate (although I admit I didn’t notice it the first time I watched it bc I spent the whole time watching Jenissi)
I think the most important thing for Hansol is for him to learn to accept other people as recievers for his physical affection, not just B-Joo. He can often seem uncomfortable with other people doing fanservice with him, and he always gravitates back to B-Joo the second he gets a chance. There's this gif set I can't find right now where Hansol is clinging to B-Joo's arm, and Xero pulls him away and grabs his waist. Hansol immediately gets agitated, almost panicky, and tries to get back to B-Joo.
Oh, another gif that comes to mind is one where Nakta starts messing with Hansol's hair, and Hansol gets visibly uncomfortable to the point where he curls up and B-Joo has to swat Nakta's hand away. He often seems uncomfortable with touching he doesn't initiate, but he'll only initiate it with B-Joo, which puts both of them in a bad position.
Yeah, I’ve noticed that too! Like, there are some exceptions (those pics with Sangdo, occasionally Xero) but he definitely only looks comfortable if he’s in control of the situation and most of the time that involves him being the one who initiates. And like you said, he seems most comfortable with/likely to initiate with Bjoo, which is less than ideal because although Bjoo obviously cares a lot about Hansol and seems to want him to be comfortable, Bjoo doesn’t always seem comfortable with the level or frequency of skinship that Hansol needs.
That’s exactly why all my thoughts about non-Bjoo Hansol pairings have to involve the other person (/people) being aware of and respectful of Hansol’s boundaries. For a while I was thinking about lot about Hansol/Pgoon/Bjoo and how Pgoon could be very patient and respectful and could also become a “safe” person for Hansol-not only someone he could initiate skinship with, but someone who he might be comfortable letting them initiate (he probably would be fine with Bjoo, but Bjoo doesn’t really like to initiate skinship).
I can also see Pgoon being a safe person for Bjoo and maybe being someone who Bjoo could eventually feel comfortable initiating skinship with because he won’t feel guilty if he doesn’t or doesn’t want to (like he sometimes does with Hansol) because Pgoon doesn’t *need* his physical affection and won’t put any pressure on Bjoo to be more demonstrative.

Wolf!BJoo who doesn't quite know how to establish boundaries about skinship and w/e. Unfortunately for him, he looks cute when he doesn't know what to do, so the wolves end up being unintentionally mean to him. Until one day they're like "yay, BJoo-centered cuddle pile!" and PGoon simply pushes BJoo to his back (or pulls him to him, whichever is easier at the time) and just stares at the pack until they get that they'd better not overwhelm BJoo if they don't want troubles with their alpha.
Yesssss, like the pack doesn’t think they’re doing anything out of line and they don’t mean any harm, it’s just that they express their feelings physically and it literally doesn’t cross their minds that another wolf might not be the same way. It takes Pgoon making it clear that there *are* boundaries for them to get it into their heads that even though Bjoo loves them and all, they can’t just jump on him all the time.
Pgoon also helps initiate and mediate a conversation between Bjoo and Hansol about Bjoo’s boundaries because sometimes Hansol can be too much for Bjoo despite the fact that they’re romantically and sexually involved, and because Bjoo cares so much about Hansol he finds it even harder to bring up the topic and wouldn’t have done it at all without Pgoon’s help. Just having Pgoon there helps give him confidence and reminds them both that in the end Pgoon cares about them both and they care about each other and having to have this conversation doesn’t mean that their relationship is fucked up, it’s actually a healthy thing to do.
I think the werewolves would probably be a lot more tactile than the vampires, and and kind of emotional affection would probably manifest physically, with lots of tackling and cuddling and wolf kisses, like, whenever one member of the pack is upset, they'd probably get dragged to the centre for a giant cuddling session. The affection would be one of the reason's Hansol's drawn to the pack, but I can defiantly see Bjoo having to work out dome boundaries with his packmates.

I mean, it would make total sense though-wolves in nature communicate a lot through like, smell and touch, right? So I think that would manifest in werewolves being a little more physical with each other even when they’re not shifted, which Hansol would absolutely live for, but would kinda make Bjoo the odd wolf out bc he’s not as into dogpiles. (But since he’s with the alpha, Pgoon could help him negotiate and enforce his boundaries, even with the more...exuberant of the wolves)
Random AU headcanon. I think PGoon treasures the trust Hansol and BJoo offer him A LOT. Since Hakyeon seems incredibly reliable, PGoon is more than just a little afraid that Hakyeon will earn the same (or even more!) trust from them. It's not that he doesn't want Hansol and BJoo to trust other people (he does!), it's just that he wants to be who they trust the most, bc he knows HE won't let them down, and he isn't sure anybody else can promise that. (Plus, he's plain jealous lmfao)

Seriously though. It’s not that he doesn’t want them to trust anyone else; he does. It’s just that he was the first person to gain their trust in such a deep and meaningful way and he doesn’t want to feel like their bond is like, something anyone could have. He’s kind of torn between wanting them to have a bigger support system and wanting to be special to them (when really it’s not an either/or)
Jiwon gives Hansol charm that shoots little fireworks in case he gets in trouble and needs to call for help/startle his attacker. Bjoo doesn't like it when Jiwon visits because magic makes him itchy. Jinwon lives in a house that is impossible to find unless he wants you to. One time Pgoon tried to visit because he was concerned Jiwon would influence Hansol to become a warlock and hurt himself, but Jiwon wasn't in the mood for visitors. Pgoon ended up back home 3 times before calling it a day.
Oh my god perfect. Jiwon is very much an eccentric and kind of playful and flashy warlock and sometimes he shows off a little about just how effortless it is for him to outwit even Pgoon and so of course Pgoon resents him and his friendship with Hansol just a little because it makes him a bit insecure. Bjoo just instinctively doesn’t really like flashy magic stuff like you said, and he’s really glad that Hansol doesn’t seem to have much interest in becoming a warlock himself and is content to just watch Jiwon work and test out his charms for him.
"No, seriously," says Gohn when PGoon tells them about hanjoogoon, "HAVE you seen the way Hansol moans? It sounds like you guys are filming freaking porn in there! Just HOW are we supposed to not know what's going on?!"
PGoon gathering the pack to let them know their leader is in a relationship with BJoo and Hansol. Wolves be like 'you seriously thought we didn't know?'
Oh my god, I love situations like these. Kidoh and Gohn and Seogoong are not the type to let him go gracefully either, they would make the most of this golden teasing opportunity
