Will is a forensics criminal psychology professor, hannibal is a culinary arts and sciences professor. They are married but nobody knows that lmfao.

And hannibal gushes about his husband constantly, mentioning the meals he likes best and teaching his students all wills favorite recipes and dedicated dishes to him. He teaches them the best way to make sure they sanitize pet hair from their work stations and he LOVES teaching his students about gutting and preparing fish and does it with fish will catches.
