2017 year in review

So, I see other writers posting retrospectives of their works for the year and thought it might be interesting to see what I’ve been up to (considering I’ve felt pretty unproductive lately).

This year, I’ve launched Jack Rollins, which currently weighs in at 35,288 words (not counting the couple dozen or so chapters in draft) and finished Echo, an 80 chapter 231,655 word behemoth. I don’t know how many of those words published in 2017, but it’s however many there are from chapter 51 on. Feel free to count, if you like. (Let me know, if you do. Lol)

I published some oneshots and short fics. Idle Hands (1,417), Kindness (22,729), By The Hand (1,121), 100 (605), and the tumblr exclusive The Pick Up (1,478).

As for the weekly WIPS, Back To One  posted 85,625 words and A Touch Up posted 60,997.

Add that all up together (not counting Echo) and I’ve knocked out a whopping 209,260 words or original fic in 2017. …Huh. Guess that’s not too bad. Although, now I’m curious to know how Echo would have made it look. lol
