We have a lot of general accessibility issues on our website and things are not always clearly labeled and can be hard to find, I really don't have an issue helping people with simple tasks on our site. But the recurring issue that I understand the least is people who are able to download their transcript and simply don't see that there are multiple pages in the PDF and email us angrily that they're missing credits. From a design standpoint, the fact that this is such a common problem makes me think that maybe we should redesign the transcript somehow so that it's clear there are multiple pages but like??? Idk man the header at the top lists a specific credit type? Every PDF reader shows you how many pages are in the document? At the bottom of the page it says "page 1 of X"? People are just opening the document, looking at the first two lines, and then telling us it's wrong and I don't know how to fix that
